A Recap of the December 2019 Pomona Swap Meet
December 19, 2019
The last Pomona Swap Meet of 2019 was on December 8th… and, unfortunately, the turnout wasn’t exactly what we had hoped for to end an otherwise fantastic year. Although it hardly rained in Pomona on our show weekend, a gnarly winter weather system drenched SoCal in the days leading up to the show, and nearby San Bernardino and Riverside counties were still getting battered by rain on the day of the show. Still, even with most people afraid to come out, we had over 700 classic cars and trucks in the the Car Corral, with hundreds of vendors on site to sell parts, accessories, and car culture. There were definitely deals to be had if you were willing to brave the weather, with lots of cool classic cars up for sale!
Of course, the big highlight of the weekend was the C10 Club’s 5th Annual Toy Drive, which is always fun to see and is such a great way to help those less fortunate during the holiday season. We want to give a huge thank you and shout to John Oro of the C10 Club for organizing the toy drive every year, and to all of the C10s who rolled into Pomona to support the cause! Check out C10 Familia, who definitely brought some Christmas cheer into the show!
Here are a few pics more pics from December 8th in Pomona… even with the wet weather we had some sick lowriders, VWs, muscle cars, kustoms, classic wagons, and more! Be sure to follow us on Facebook or Instagram for even more original content straight from Pomona!
With over 15 miles of classic cars, parts, accessories, and automobilia, the world famous Pomona Swap Meet has something for every classic car enthusiast. Whether you’re coming to buy, to sell, or just to hang out and have a good time with your friends and family, you do not want to miss the next show on Sunday, January 19th! We hope you have a wonderful holiday season, and we’ll see you next year!
