Selling your old ride is tough enough, with running ads, folks stopping by for looks, keeping it clean and answering questions at odd hours.  One convenient way to  sell your classic car and have a day of it, is at the Pomona Swap Meet & Classic Car Show. For only $25, it’s the best way to give thousands of classic car enthusiasts an opportunity to check out your ride. The West Coast’s largest Classic Car, Corvette, Porsche, Street Rod and Volkswagen car show and swap meet is your one stop shop.  This event is held seven times a year at Fairplex in Pomona, California. For $25 (cash only) you can get a spot to show off and sell your:

  • Any Year Corvette
  • Any Year Porsche
  • Pre – 1975 Volkswagen
  • Pre – 1959 Street Rod
  • Pre – 1975 Classic Car

To qualify, the vehicle must be complete and not missing any major components. Admission is $25 cash, which includes admission for the driver and one passenger. Any additional passengers will be charged general admission, which is $8 per person, and children 12 and younger are admitted free.

Just make sure to arrive early, early, early! Most cars for show and sale arrive Sunday morning, between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. We strongly recommend that you arrive before 4:00 a.m. Sunday. This is a big, well-attended bash and spaces are sold at the event only, on a first come-first serve basis.

To get there, enter Gate 15 off Arrow Highway on the North end of the Fairplex. If you drive in with a 1931 or older STOCK classic car, the driver and one passenger will be admitted free through Gate 15.

So, come on out to Pomona, bring a chair and share your classic with potential buyers. You could even get some parts shopping in, for your next project.
