The Clean Machine
November 24, 2010
The machine I’m referring to is a human dynamo named Robert Cooper. Robert and his wife Teresa run Cooper’s Products, specializing in cleaning and polishing products for the trucking, automotive and general purpose markets. When you visit the Pomona Swap Meet, a trip to Robert’s booth on Road 34, Space 2 and Road 35, Space 1 (next to the General Admission Gate 17) is a must. Robert will spend as much time as required to sell you on the benefit of using his products. This gentleman knows more about cleaning vehicles than anyone you’ll run into. Not only does he sell his very excellent products, he and Teresa clean and detail semis, cars, trucks, and anything else operating on our highways and byways. In fact, he will give you an on the spot demonstration of the quality and results of his cleaners and polishers at his booth.
You can’t miss the semi-truck aluminum fuel tank that is so highly polished that you can shave, or apply makeup (depending on your need), using the reflective surface as a mirror. Note the fox on the labels of the products on the shelf above the tank. I asked Robert what the fox had to do with cleaning products and vehicle detailing. He said some of his customers started to call him the “sly fox” eighteen years ago when he started the business. The name stuck on Robert and the label. I know you’ll be pleased with the product because I use it myself. Have a couple of show cars that are my babies. (Like real babies, they get babied and pampered and I spend too much money on them). One of the major problems at a two or three day car show is keeping your vehicle clean. Cooper’s has solved that problem with a hand spray and wipe off cleaning product. Try it, you’ll like it.
